The Realme X7 probably happens to be the cheapest 5G smartphone in the Indian market right now. So if you are a tech-savvy person who wants to cash in on the 5G trend that is slowly but surely sweeping the globe, you should consider investing in the Realme X7.
The Realme X7 5G is a mid-range smartphone when it comes to price, but more of a premium handset when you look at its specifications. Especially the fact that it gives you access to four 5G bands when most other smartphone brands only give you one 5G band at the most. One more highlight is the inclusion of the MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor which is quite a powerful processor when it comes to GPU and CPU speeds. Overall, I feel like this can be a good option for Rs. 19,999 if you want a 5G smartphone without spending too much.
What really caught my eye first was the shiny rainbow effect at the back cover of the phone. While the bold lettering of ‘dare to leap’ at the back might be a tad bit much, it adds to the quirky, youthful style that Realme seems to be embodying these days. Next, I was surprised that Realme is offering a 5 G-supported smartphone at less than 20K. Shocking, I know! Does that mean they have compromised on the other features? Surprisingly not.
The Realme X7 5G has a 64MP triple camera setup which has some cool camera effects and functions to capture a whole array of photos and videos (in 4K no less). Apart from this, it comes with either 6GB RAM or 8GB RAM which is pretty cool for a phone at this price point. The rest of the features like the AMOLED display, the quick refresh rate, the good battery life, and fast charging, all of them add up to create a good mid-range phone with almost flagship-level features.
Last year when smartphone brands started selling 5G phones, Realme was amongst the first in India to release a 5G phone. It appears that 5G will soon come to India and it’s better to already be equipped with a smartphone that supports the uber-fast network. The other countries already do.
