Infinix Hot 20 5G — Best Under Rs 15,000?
Looking for a 5G smartphone under Rs 15,000? I have a good option for you. Infinix has just launched several 5G devices, and this one (Infinix Hot 20 5G) is probably the best 5G option under your desired price range. Here are some specs and features of this smartphone -
Design — The phone has a straightforward style that is typical for phones in this price range. The usage of a polycarbonate unibody for the sides and rear panel is an important element in this. This phone seems a little antiquated because of the waterdrop display notch. The phone’s smooth back with its tiny grooves, however, aids in grip and prevents smudges while in use. The display has substantial bezels all around, with the bottom bezel being significantly thicker, in addition to the water drop notch. The layout may have been improved overall.
Display — This time, Infinix chose an inferior 6.6-inch IPS LCD display over a superior AMOLED one. The good news is that the screen’s refresh rate is 120Hz. With a full-HD+ resolution, this display is sufficiently sharp, and the colors are also sufficiently bright. Compared to most other smartphones in this price range, it has a better display.
Performance — The MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC found in the Infinix Hot 20 5G is now widespread in low-cost 5G smartphones. Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and Bluetooth 5.0 are examples of communication standards. According to Infinix, the Hot 20 5G is one of a select few smartphones that supports all twelve 5G bands, ensuring a seamless 5G experience wherever networks are present. On a low-cost smartphone, it’s wonderful to have microSD card expansion up to 1TB compatibility. AnTuTu gave the Infinix Hot 20 5G a score of 3,12,324 points, and Geekbench gave it results of 587 and 1,681 for single- and multi-core tests, respectively. In this price range, these figures are favourable.
The brand’s XOS system, version 10.6.0, which is based upon Android 12, powers the Infinix Hot 20 5G. The newest version’s wider home screen folders make it simpler to recognise the apps contained therein. It’s practical to be able to swipe left or right once within a folder to access additional files on that page of the home screen.
Battery — The 5,000mAh battery within the Hot 20 5G may be recharged using the included 18W charger. Although the battery backup is quite ordinary, the Mediatek D810 processor’s efficiency allows the smartphone to operate for a little bit longer. Another noteworthy feature is the 5W reverse charging.
Camera — The device has a 50-megapixel primary camera as well as an “AI camera” for taking depth measurements. An 8-megapixel front-facing camera is used for selfies. The front camera performs flawlessly. Although the secondary AI camera should have been better, the rear primary camera is excellent.
The cost of the new Infinix Hot 20 5G starts at around Rs 12,000. In this price range, I do not see any other smartphone that provides the same level of performance and the same level of specs. What are your views? Comment down below.
