Infinix has been climbing the steps of popularity in the Indian markets, slowly but consistently. The smartphone brand entered the Indian market a few years ago, and despite facing various setbacks in its initial years, it has finally been going on the right track.
This year, Infinix has launched various smartphones in different price ranges, but the brand is ending the year with two high-quality smartphones in the entry-level segment. While Infinix Hot 20 5G smartphone is one of the most inexpensive 5G smartphones, the Infinix Hot 20 Play is its 4G companion with some nice features.
Display: The Infinix Hot 20 Play’s 6.5-inch IPS HD+ screen has a 90Hz refresh rate. Bright, responsive, and vibrant is the display. This smartphone will offer an excellent viewing experience given its pricing. Having a 90Hz refresh rate at this price point is excellent. Additionally, the gaming experience will be extra-smooth and fluid.
Memory: The Infinix Hot 20 Play includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. For additional storage, the phone has a microSD card slot (up to 256GB). Furthermore, this device features expandable RAM. The smartphone has a total of 7 GB of RAM, including 3 GB of virtual RAM.
Camera: The dual camera system on the back uses a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a QVGA ultra-wide-angle sensor to take pictures. The quality of the camera is adequate. When there is enough light, the smartphone’s Mediatek camera engine will take respectable images since it provides outstanding lens assistance. The front-facing camera on the phone has an 8MP sensor.
Battery: The smartphone’s 6000mAh battery and an 18W charger are both included. In this pricing range, I haven’t personally encountered a 6000mAh battery, and the 18W fast charging capability also appears amazing.
Performance: The Infinix Hot 20 Play is powered by a MediaTek Helio G37 system-on-chip. When it comes to value for the money, the Infinix Hot 20 Play succeeds admirably. The Helio G37 CPU performs quickly and fluidly without any lags or overheating problems. You will undoubtedly be surprised by how well games run on this smartphone, despite the fact that its processor is not the fastest. The processor’s top speed is 2.3GHz, and even though it uses a 12nm fabrication process, it has excellent efficiency.
