I can see that the Realme 8i has a very intriguing design that includes a mirror finish on the back. It is similar to the one that the Realme 8 has, but with a few changes.

This smartphone has a high refresh rate display, which means navigating it is going to look smooth. The helio g96 processor also seems good enough for everyday tasks. I am sure it can also handle games. At its price, the Realme 8i is a good phone to go for.

Coming to the specs, the Realme 8i seems to pack some real good specs inside. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G96 processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, along with support for a microSD card of up to 256GB.

Here, Realme offers good gaming performance. I have watched videos where people are playing graphically demanding games like Call of Duty: Mobile, Real Racing 3 and Asphalt 9 and was quite impressed by the experience. There was no lag to be seen, and the screen was very responsive to touches while gaming. The Helio G96 gaming chipset seems to offer what it promised.

The phone supports the dynamic RAM expansion feature, which lets you get up to 5GB of extra RAM on the 6GB RAM variant. It sports a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ LCD with up to a 120Hz refresh rate and a screen-to-body ratio of 90.8 per cent. The phone runs Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0.

For photography, you get a 50-megapixel Samsung primary sensor with an F1.8 lens, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel black-and-white sensor. The phone has a 16-megapixel front camera inside the punch-hole on the display.

The connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and VoLTE. The phone runs a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging technology. The phone is 8.5mm thick and weighs 194 grams.
