Oppo has been focussing on the low to mid-range of smartphones a lot this year, and it is pretty evident as it has released some good smartphones in this price range. The smartphone brand has recently launched another device in the same device, as an extension of its A series. The Oppo A17 smartphone has been released lately and is available for purchase on both online and offline platforms. Here are some of the main features and specs of the smartphone.
Display — The Oppo A17 comes with a 6.6inch screen, and the screen-to-body ratio on this one is relatively higher than other smartphones in its price range, making the screen appear bigger. Also, the bezels are thin and the chin is small. The smartphone comes with an IPS LCD screen along with a 90Hz refresh rate. The display quality is HD+, and I think they should have gone with an FHD+ screen.
Performance — The performance of this smartphone is pretty fast. It comes with a Mediatek Helio G35 processor. The processor is octa-core in structure and runs on 64bits. It has Arm Cortex-A53 cores with a top speed of 2.3GHz. It has HyperEngine technology for good gaming performance. The processor has a IMG PowerVR GE8320, and the graphic quality of this GPU is decent. Because of this processor, Oppo A17 works really efficiently, and the battery backup is also strong.
Camera — The Oppo A17 comes with a standard camera arrangement that is usually seen in this price range. It has a dual camera setup at the rear end, with a 50MP primary and a 2MP secondary camera. The smartphone also has a 5MP front camera. The rear camera setup works really well, but the front camera should have been better.
Memory — Oppo A17 comes with 4GB RAM along with 64GB internal storage. The RAM structure is pretty strong and provides a reasonably smooth performance. The internal storage can be expanded by a MicroSD card slot.
Battery — Oppo A17 has a Li-Po 5000 mAh battery backup, which lasts pretty long because of the efficiency of the screen and the processor.
