Is the Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G Oppo’s best release of the year yet? This is the question I have been thinking about for a long time. Oppo has been able to impress me with a lot of amazing releases, and it seems like they might have just launched the perfect under-40K smartphone. After much pause, Oppo has carried the Reno 8 series to India, comprising Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro. With the Reno 8 being a more reasonable contribution, the Reno 8 Pro is the featured gadget from Oppo’s superior mid-range Reno series.

Display — Oppo Reno 8 Pro elements a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh pace of 120Hz. The showcase on the Reno 8 Pro offers dynamic tones and gets brilliant enough in any event, for open air circumstances. Further, the presentation has symmetric bezels at the top and base. In addition, the showcase accompanies HDR10+ playback.

Processor — Unlike the Reno 8 Pro sent off in China, the Indian variation is fueled by the Dimensity 8100-Max. It has 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 capacity. During early testings, no slack or falters in day-to-day utilisation were observed, and, surprisingly, the gaming was smooth.

UI and Software — The Reno 8 Pro uses Android 12, however it accompanies Oppo’s ColorOS 12.1 skin on top of it. The ColorOS has its own peculiarities, and it highlights rich, yet it has bloatware like some other Oppo cell phones. You can without much of a stretch uninstall the bloatware, however, it would have been exceptional on the off chance that they were not there in any case, in any event on the off chance that it is a premium cell phone.

Camera — The Reno 8 Pro accompanies a 50MP IMX766 essential sensor — a staple sensor for mid-range Android cell phones. The fundamental sensor is supplemented by a 8MP ultrawide unit and a 2MP macro camera. The fundamental sensor clicks beautiful, sharp, and dynamic shots while the ultrawide camera needs subtleties, it produces punchy colors.

Battery — Oppo’s 80W SuperVOOC charger vows to juice up 50% of Reno 8 Pro’s 4500mAH battery shortly. The charging seems sufficiently fast, and the cell phone can endure for a day of some gaming, a tad of looking at the virtual entertainment applications, and clicking some pictures.

All these specs seem exceptional to me. The smartphone currently comes at a price of Rs 45,000, and I feel this smartphone has features that justify this price. What do you think about smartphones?
