Poco has recently launched the Poco M4 Pro 4G smartphone, and its 5G counterpart was launched some time back. Both of these smartphones have some differences, but one common thing is that both of these smartphones have created a buzz in the smartphone market by providing some top-class features and exciting attributes. Let us compare both of devices to see where they stand in relevance to each other.

Looks — Both of these smartphones have the same looks. They have a matte finishing on their back panel along with a textured design that grants them a unique look. They both have bright colors, and Poco Yellow seems to be the most impressive in both of them. The build quality is also nice, as a Gorilla Glass 3 protection is present on both these smartphones.

Processor — Poco M4 Pro 5G has a Mediatek Dimensity 810 5G processor. It is an octa-core processor with a top speed of 2.4 GHz. Poco M4 Pro 4G, on the other hand, has a Mediatek Helio G96 processor, which is also an octa-core processor but has a top speed of 2.05GHz. Mediatek Dimensity 810 is built on a 6nm fabrication process while Mediatek Helio G96 is built on a 12nm fabrication process. This makes Poco M4 Pro 5G a slightly more efficient smartphone.

Display — Poco M4 Pro 4G takes the win here, as it has a Super AMOLED display with 90 Hz refresh rates. It has 700 nits of brightness and 409 PPI pixel density. Poco M4 Pro 5G on the other hand has an IPS LCD display with 90Hz refresh rates. It has 450 nits of brightness and 399 PPI pixel density. Although Poco M4 Pro 5G also has a colorful display, M4 Pro 4G takes the clear edge here.

Camera — Poco M4 Pro 4G has a triple camera setup at the rear end, whereas Poco M4 Pro 5G has a dual-camera setup. But Poco M4 Pro 4G has a 64 MP primary camera along with an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro camera. M4 pro 5G, on the other hand, has a 50MP primary camera along with an 8MP ultrawide camera. However, Poco M4 Pro 5G can record 1080p videos at 60fps while M4 Pro 4G can only record 1080p videos at 30 fps.

These are some of the major differences between the two smartphone variants. I cannot decide a clear winner here as both these smartphones are incredible in their specifications. Both Poco M4 Pro 4G and Pro 5G offer great value for money, and you can decide which one to go forward with, according to your needs.
