Realme 10 4G — Better Than 5G?
Realme unveiled the Realme 10 as their first smartphone for 2023. It is, surprisingly, a 4G gadget. The business feels that 5G accessibility for everybody in India is still a long way off, despite the fact that many people may ask why a 4G smartphone is being released in this 5G age. Due to the price and accessibility of 4G, the majority of Indian customers are still utilising it. As a result, the market for 4G smartphones will be booming in 2023. I think I agree with this, and I feel 4G smartphones will stay relevant till 2024 atleast. Here are some of the main specs and features of this smartphone -
Design — The rear of the Realme 10 4G’s boxy shape has curved corners. When light shines on the rear panel’s light particle pattern, it reflects various tones. Without a camera island, the smartphone’s rear side contains two lenses and an LED flash. The lenses have a little protrusion. There are two colour options for the smartphone: Rush Black and Clash White. Due to its thin 7.95mm design and light weight of 178 grammes, the Realme 10 4G is comfortable in the hand.
Display — A 6.4-inch AMOLED display is included on the Realme 10 4G. Given that the majority of its competitors still use LCD displays, it is one of the most cheap phones with an AMOLED screen. The display size is respectable, provides fantastic images, and because it is AMOLED, the colours explode and the contrast is superb. Peak brightness of 1000 nits is what the Realme 10 4G advertises.
Performance — The Realme 10 4G is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 Chipset. The chipset, which is based on 6nm technology, unquestionably improves the smartphone’s efficiency. The smartphone operates quicker than its predecessor and the battery drains less quickly than normal. The smartphone is swift and fluid when moving between different apps owing to its strong CPU and a Dynamic LPDDR4X RAM of up to 16GB. Up to 128GB UFS, 2.2 storage provides enough room to save documents, music files, images, and movies, while up to 8GB built-in RAM guarantees a respectable multitasking experience. According to Realme, the 10 4G can run up to 15 applications concurrently in the background.
Camera — The smartphone comes with a 50MP camera setup at the back. The back camera setup also has a 2MP secondary lens. Although the 50MP primary camera does a great job, the secondary lens could have been way better. The front camera is 32MP, and this works surprisingly well. Overall, the camera setup is good.
Battery — The smartphone has a 5000mAh battery that, with light to moderate usage, comfortably lasts more than a day. The charger for the smartphone’s 33W rapid charging is included in the box. The 33W included charger requires around 75 minutes to charge to 100% and 30 minutes to charge from 0% to 50%.
Because of its excellent value for the money, I would recommend the Realme 10. Its looks, excellent display quality, battery backup, Mediatek’s performance, and the camera are all impressive. What are your thoughts? Comment down below.
