TECNO SPARK 10 PRO: The entry-level camera phone is here
At the recently held MWC 2023, Tecno finally unveiled the much anticipated and speculated new model in the Spark series of Tecno. The Tecno Spark 10 Pro was recently unveiled and announced at the Mobile World Congress ( MWC ), 2023 held in Barcelona earlier this month. Although the handset was just unveiled, it has now been officially launched worldwide. The Indian launch just happened recently while globally it had already been launched earlier this month.
Owned by China’s Transsion Holdings, the official launch of Tecno Spark 10 Pro in India happened on 23rd March 2023 and the company also posted about it on its official Twitter handle. The smartphone is said to have 8GB RAM along with extendable RAM and 128 GB Internal storage. The Spark series lineup will include multiple models: the Tecno Spark 10 5G, Spark 10 Pro, Spark 10 C, and vanilla Spark 10. The new lineup will introduce up to 16GB RAM in the sub-Rs 15,000 segments. Tecno even let out the news that the first product to debut in the series will be the Spark 10 Pro, followed by others.
The Tecno Spark 10 Pro is powered by MediaTek Helio G88, the gaming processor, and talks about some great features like -
The phone offers 6.78 inches Full HD+ (2460 x 1080 pixels) LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz, and a DCI-P3 color gamut which together add up to an immersive theatrical visual experience on the phone. It also has a centrally-aligned single punch-hole cutout.
The phone is said to be a selfie-focused phone made for camera lovers as it boasts 32MP front camera while the rear comprises 50MP (primary) + 2MP (depth) + (AI Lens). Both the front and the back camera comes with Dual LED flash.
The look of the phone is quite stylish and fascinating. With the bezels, the phone measures 168.4 x 76.2 x 8.4mm and weighs 208g. It seems quite a lightweight variant that doesn’t feel heavy but seems more of a two-hand phone.
Taking a step ahead in its looks, SPARK has introduced a glass back panel design, adopting the unique starry glass.
As far as the battery is concerned, it houses a massive 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging for covering all your gaming needs and the long phone call duration. The 3.5mm jack is next to the USB-C port on the bottom.
With enough storage, it provides vast memory of 8GB RAM with Memory Fusion Technology and 128GB of Inbuilt storage. Canceling the stuttering issue, a number of apps can run in the background. Featuring the dual-SIM (Nano), it runs on Android 13-based HiOS 12.6 out-of-the-box.
The Tecno Spark 10 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset. It comes with a 12nm chip with two Cortex-A75 cores (2.0GHz) and six A55 cores, plus a Mali-G52 MC2 ensures responsive reactions, fast app loading, and camera snaps.
