TECNO SPARK 10 PRO: The phone with the first Glass back panel design
The recently held Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 in Barcelona, saw quite a few lineups and launches by famous smartphone brands. The Mobile World Congress gives the perfect platform for a lot of companies to unveil and bring to the public their next few launches in the coming months that they can all look forward to. Out of all of these brands, Tecno was there too. Tecno finally unveiled the much anticipated and speculated new model in the Spark series of Tecno. The Tecno Spark 10 Pro was recently unveiled and announced at the Mobile World Congress ( MWC ), 2023 held in Barcelona earlier this month. After its unveiling, the handset was officially launched worldwide. The Indian launch just happened recently while globally it had already been launched earlier this month.
Tecno, owned by China’s Transsion Holdings, unveiled and launched a few lineups in its Spark series. The budget-friendly phone from the Spark series, Tecno Spark 10 Pro launched in India on 23rd March 2023, and the same was also posted by the company on its official Twitter handle with its official sale of the phone starting from 24th March 2023.

With the bezels, the phone measures 168.4 x 76.2 x 8.4mm and weighs 208g. It seems quite a lightweight variant that doesn’t feel heavy but seems more of a two-hand phone. Taking a step ahead in its looks, it flaunts a glass back panel design, adopting the unique starry glass.
Photography fanatics have all the more reason to cheer up and get excited as this phone is said to be a selfie-focused phone. Picture-clicking enthusiasts would be happy as it boasts 32MP front camera while the rear comprises of AI-dual camera whose configuration includes 50MP (primary) + 2MP (depth) + (AI Lens). Both the front and the back camera comes with Dual LED flash.
Tecno Spark 10 pro offers an immersive 6.78 inches Full HD+ (2460 x 1080 pixels) LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz, and a DCI-P3 color gamut which together add up to a large theatrical visual experience on the phone. It also has a centrally-aligned single punch-hole cutout.
The Tecno Spark 10 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset. It comes with a 12nm chip with two Cortex-A75 cores (2.0GHz) and six A55 cores, plus a Mali-G52 MC2 ensures responsive reactions, fast app loading, and camera snaps.
Housing a massive 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging, the phone promises to cover all your gaming needs, long phone call duration, intense gameplay downloads, shooting videos etc. The 3.5mm jack is next to the USB-C port on the bottom.
With enough storage, it provides vast memory of 8GB RAM with Memory Fusion Technology and 128GB of Inbuilt storage going up to 256 GB. Canceling the stuttering issue, a number of apps can run in the background. Featuring the dual-SIM (Nano), it runs on Android 13-based HiOS 12.6 out-of-the-box.
The Tecno Spark 10 Pro is the perfect handy entry-level smartphone. The phone has been set at a special launch price of Rs.12,499 and is available in two colours — Starry Black and Pearl White. The smartphone flaunts a Triple Matrix design and glass back design. It guarantees smoother performance in heavy-loading game engines, demanding scenes, and intense gameplay.
