Vivo has always been a brand to offer something new and impressive with each launch and it has never backed down from trying out something new and bold. The same is the path chosen this time around as well by the brand. Vivo has not only challenged its own capabilities with this launch but has also challenged its rival brands to step up their game. With every phone launched, buyers are always looking for something unique in their smartphones to flaunt it later and to stand out amongst others. With the Vivo V23 5G, the same is well fulfilled.

Vivo V23 5G brings in a heap of new features that have never been seen in other smartphones be it in terms of the processor or even the design of the phone. The brand has definitely done a good job with this phone.

Let’s take a quick look into the kind of features that makes this phone special.

The most talked about feature of this phone is its colour changing back. The back of the phone comes with Fluorite AG glass. What makes this impressive and special is the fact that it changes colours when exposed to sunlight and other sources of artificial UV rays.

In terms of the display of the phone, the phone supports a 6.44-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixels) AMOLED display. The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor. This is in fact the first phone to be launched with this Dimensity chipset and it is further supported with up to 12GB of RAM. With the combination of this processor and the large RAM, there is no doubt that the phone would deliver a pretty steady and also a powerful overall performance. This phone is a good option for all the gamers as well. The processor would tackle almost anything that is thrown at it with great ease and also in terms of efficiency.

For the camera also, Vivo V23 5G gets a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.89 aperture lens, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture lens. Upfront, it gets a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.0 aperture lens and an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor with an f/2.28 aperture lens. This is also the first phone to come with a 50MP Eye AF Dual Selfie camera making this also a camera centric smartphone along with being a good phone for gaming.

The only point where I think the phone could have done better is its battery segment. The phone now comes with a 4200mAh battery and also with the further support of 44W fast charging support.

What do you think of this smartphone launched by Vivo?
