Which Phone Will Come Powered With The Mediatek Dimensity 900?

Rumours are out that Oppo is reportedly working on the launch of the Reno 6 series of smartphones. It is speculated that Oppo phones with model numbers such as PEQM00, PEPM00, and PENM00 are likely to be released in China with monikers like Reno 6, Reno 6 Pro, and Reno 6 Pro+.

Findings suggest that the first model may feature the new Dimensity 900 that launched recently, while the Pro model may come with Dimensity 1200.

I read that a few days ago, a reliable Chinese tipster revealed that this 6nm chipset will be powering the Reno 6 handset. It is believed that the Dimensity 900 is likely to offer better performance than the Snapdragon 768G.

The Dimensity 900 chipset, built on the 6nm high-performance manufacturing node, supports Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, FHD+ 120Hz displays and a 108MP main camera for an all-around incredible experience.

Some more reports suggest that the Reno 6 series launch event will be held on May 27. If this information is true, Oppo may confirm the launch date in the next few days. All we can do is wait and watch!
