XIAOMI CIVI 3: Much-awaited launch

Xiaomi is a Chinese phone manufacturing company that was founded in 2010 in Beijing. Apart from being a phone manufacturing company, it is also involved in the manufacturing of consumer electronics and related software, household items, and home appliances.

In its continuation of the Civi series, Xiaomi is expected or rumoured to launch its newest entrant and successor to Civi 2 on 24th February 2023. The release is much awaited by Xiaomi fans. Xiaomi is known for making phones that are slim, lightweight, and have attractive designs. The Civi series is not far behind in this.

  1. Xiaomi Civi 3 is speculated to be backed by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset. MediaTek Dimensity 8200 works on a 4nm chipset, supporting Octa-core CPU with Arm Cortex-A78 and Arm Mali-G610 graphics engine with speeds up to 3.1 GHz and powers 5 G smartphones, guaranteeing Tri-band Wi-Fi 6E to provide fast wireless networking, and High Frame Rate Gaming experiences with HyperEngine 6.0 leading the way for high smooth framerate gameplay without any connection drop. The Imagiq 785 camera supports exceptionally fast AI-noise reduction and helps to capture true-to-life HDR Videos. It will come equipped with a 64MP Primary camera, a 16MP Ultra-wide camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and two 32MP front cameras.

2. MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor supports APU 580 for providing new experiences, enhanced visuals, and upgraded visuals. MiraVision 785 offers Intelligent Display Sync 2.0 which adjusts the display refresh rate, ensuring for smooth viewing experience. The chipset guarantees impressive performance and experience in the everyday use of apps and activities.

3. It is said that the phone will support Full HD+ resolution like the current generation and not 2k resolution.

Xiaomi Civi 3 is expected to sport a 6.7-inch OLED display screen with HDR 10+ support, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution along with a 5000 mAh Li-Polymer battery and an 80W fast charging system. Also, the battery is non-removable. The display would come with Gorilla glass for protection. The Internal storage is expected to be around 256GB and up to 8GB of RAM and is however expected to be non-expandable.

5. For camera enthusiasts, the camera would flaunt two cameras each having a 32MP resolution on the front side for letting users click crystal clear selfies. The rear side would offer a triple camera setup comprising a 64MP Primary Camera, an Ultra-wide Angle camera, and a Depth Shooter with 16MP and 2MP resolutions respectively. The camera would boast features like auto Flash, exposure compensation, digital zoom, touch to Focus, and ISO control.

The Xiaomi Civi 3 is being touted as one of the most awaited phones by Xiaomi. Xiaomi Civi 3 promises to bring innovation and new features with cutting-edge technology in the camera for its picture-clicking enthusiasts with the rear camera packing a triple camera configuration along with a 32MP of front selfie camera. As far as connectivity is concerned the phone would provide Wi-Fi, 4G VolTE and 5G networks, Mobile Hotspot Bluetooth v5.3, and A-GPS Glonass which is present within the phone itself. Lastly, the phone is speculated to be priced at Rs. 32,990.
